  • Can I send assets to a bank account of another person or company?

No, you can send FIAT assets only to your bank account.

  • Can I send my assets to users outside Fintap?

Yes, in Fintap you can send cryptocurrency to external wallets.

  • Can I withdraw FIAT assets from my wallet?

Yes, choose your EUR wallet, click on the Send button and follow the instructions.

  • How to recover my Fintap account if I lose my mobile device?

Fintap account recovery requires a secret key or QR-code that has been pre-saved by a user. Backing up the wallet is strongly recommended, as there is no way to restore it without a backup.

  • How to recover my Fintap account if I lose my secret key and QR-code?

Unfortunately, there is no way to restore Fintap account without a backup.

  • How to keep my account backup safe?

We advise keeping your account backup in a protected cloud storage or a storage device. Backing up the wallet is strongly recommended, as there is no way to restore it without a backup.

  • Why do I have to verify my personal information?

Verification is required to provide access to financial operations. These requirements are caused by anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations.

  • Why I can not choose a specific exchange pair?

We regulate the exchange due to customer’s demand, and some exchange pairs may be turned off. We aim to increase the amount of exchange pairs.

  • Where can I find transactions history?

You can find all your transactions in Operations tab located in the Dashboard.

  • Can I delete chat history?

Yes. For iOS: swipe chat to the left and click on the Delete button. For Android: open the chat click on three points in a upper right corner and click on Delete this chat.

  • How can I invite my friend to Fintap?

In the Chats tab click on the Share button in a upper right corner. If you have specified your phone number during registration, you can choose Contacts and send an invitation link to your friend.

  • Can I delete a person from a group chat?

No, everyone has equal rights in group chat and a user can not be deleted from the group chat. However, you can block a user and leave the chat.

  • How can I find my friend in Fintap?

You can find your friends from your contacts list in the Contacts tab if they specified a phone number during registration in Fintap chat are.

  • Why the Invest button is inactive?

At the moment, we do not have active investment offers. We work on a new invesment offer. Check the updates.
